Channeling Subtle Consciousness

In my formation meditation, I looked to the right to connect with the Being there. I was unable to get a sense of who was there. This has never happened to me. I wasn't sure what to do, I went back to my center/neutral point. I asked if that Being could please come in stronger or louder. Or please have a new Being show up.

I attempted to look at my right side again. This time I saw Mini Mouse. I figured her message was going to be about fun, play and imagination. Instead, I saw her sort of fade into the background. Disney headliner characters replaced her. I realized Mini Mouse is sort of quiet. She doesn't showcase herself. She stayed more quietly in the background, almost as if she became invisible.

Then, I got it!!! The Being who was on my right, is Subtle Consciousness. Wow!! She was so subtle, I couldn't even notice her the first try. Her message was wonderful!

She showed me a map, of my State. She compared the size / outline of my State to my Consciousness. She shared with me, if I would pay attention to the Subtle Energies, my Consciousness would really expand. The size of my State ( which symbolized my State Of Being) would grow and enlarge. Subtle Energies may not sit in the lime light. No major spot light on them, yet they are equally as powerful!

I had never paid attention to Subtle Consciousness before. It was not on my radar. I tend to see the big and bright lights/characters. This was a super eye opening! I realized the term "Eye Opening", actually means "Portal Opening" Thank you Miss and Mr Subtle Energies!

A Gift From The Universe

One activity we did was called "formation work". During this activity, you work with your team of 3 Beings of the Light. You sit in a chair, with 3 chairs facing you. One to left, one to right and one across you. All equal distance apart.

During this activity, you connect with each Being and form an imaginary base like structure. Then you bring in an appex. A point above or below the base, and the point connects all the corners, to create an pyramid like shape.

During this meditation we used the pyramid like shape (also called stargate) to travel together to other dimension. During this meditation you will see a gift being offered to you. If you want to accept the gift, you reach out and take the gift (in your mind's eye). I saw an arch way. When I saw the arch way, I thought to myself, "what does this mean?". I reached out and took my gift. As, I was accepting my gift, I heard a voice say, "you are a bridge, you help people move from one side to another side."

It was a beautiful meditation. I love that if we are willing, we can receive the gifts the Universe has for us. I love the idea of getting clues about our purpose during meditations.

Hundreds Of Children

One of the first meditation we did, I saw hundreds of children above me. Over my head, looking down at me. I could feel some of the children wrapped around my legs.

I instantly knew they were my children, my family. I could feel this intense love from their eyes and their hearts as they looked at me. It felt like a reunion.

I heard a voice tell the children, that I have come "home", but now is time for me to focus on doing my work ( meditations), they could play with me later. I told the voice, "no, let them stay! They are not distracting me."

I know this sounds totally bizarre and crazy. I really could see and feel them. Ever since that experience I have felt a deeper and more powerful feeling of "belonging" then ever before. I really experienced it first hand, how connected we are all to each other.

Licking Stones

In my meditation one morning, I was trying to make a connection with my stone. I placed the stone on different chakra points. Finally, when I tried placing stone on my lower ab, I felt something inside my body.

I felt a grounding to the Earth. I saw a vision of a village of little people working around this huge tree. The people were working in the soil. I could see them pull out some type of element from the dirt, and they would lick it.

Lick it! How funny! I immediately tried it! My stone has 3 sides polished and one side rough. The polished sides, I felt nothing, but the rough side, I could feel a little electricity sensation inside my body. What does this mean?

It means I am Unusual! laughing! Good thing I have a wonderful sense of humor and I can laugh at my odd self!

The next few days, I started getting messages that the 5 senses are extremely important.
Sight
Touch
Smell
Taste
Hear/Sound

I have started to stop what I am doing through out the day, and notice what do I smell? hear? see? taste? feel?

Being aware of all 5 senses has helped me to be more Present in the NOW. I still think licking stones means something, but, I have not yet discovered it.
